Profile Verification and Identity Management
Your agb99 account begins with profile data: registered name, date of birth, email, and phone number. During account creation, we verify these details against government identity documents. This verification is non-negotiable; it underpins all other account operations. You cannot access slots, live casino, or sportsbook markets until verification completes.
Within Account Settings, you can view your verification status. Once verified, most profile fields are locked—you cannot edit your registered name or date of birth. This immutability is intentional. It prevents fraudsters from changing identity details mid-session to mask suspicious activity or avoid withdrawal review. If you need to correct a profile error (for example, a typo in your registered name or an incorrect address), contact agb99 support. We require identity documentation before making changes, and the process takes one business day.
Your address field on agb99 may be updated through Account Settings, but only after verification. If you move from Jakarta to Bandung, you can update your address in settings. This change applies to your withdrawal profile and your regional regulatory classification. agb99 uses your registered address to determine which payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or banks like mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) are available to you. Changing your address may affect which payment options remain active, so we ask you to confirm the change before applying it.
Password and Two-Factor Authentication Settings
Password management on agb99 follows standard practices. You set a password during registration and can change it anytime through Account Settings. We enforce minimum length and character complexity; weak passwords are rejected. If you forget your password, the recovery flow sends a reset link to your registered email. You click the link, set a new password, and log in with the new credentials.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory on agb99. You enable it during setup and cannot disable it. The system supports SMS and email-based 2FA. After login, you receive a one-time code via your chosen method. You enter the code to access your account. This layer prevents unauthorized login even if someone discovers your password.
2FA is non-negotiable on agb99
Every login requires a two-factor authentication code. This applies uniformly: whether you access agb99 from Surabaya, Medan, or Semarang, 2FA engages on every session start from a new device.
Payment Method and Withdrawal Settings
agb99 Account Settings lets you manage registered payment methods. During verification, you linked at least one method: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). You can add additional methods in Account Settings under "Payment Methods."
Each new payment method undergoes verification. agb99 sends a micro-deposit (a small amount, typically under our welcome offer) to the new method. You confirm receipt in Account Settings, and the method becomes active. This step prevents users from accidentally entering wrong payment details and losing funds to unintended accounts.
Withdrawal methods on agb99 must match your verified payment method. You cannot deposit via online payment and withdraw to a different e-wallet account—the system enforces this alignment for fraud prevention.
Withdrawal settings govern which methods you can use to send funds out of your agb99 account. By default, your registered method is the only one available for withdrawal. If you add additional payment methods, you can designate which ones are withdrawal-eligible. This separation prevents funds from accidentally going to a newly added method you haven't tested yet.
Notification Preferences and Session Controls
agb99 Account Settings includes notification preferences. You can opt in or out of promotional emails, security alerts, and game updates. Security alerts are sent automatically regardless of preference—if agb99 detects an unusual login, we email you immediately. Promotional emails (for example, announcements about new slot tournaments on Mahjong Ways or Gates of Olympus) can be toggled on or off.
Session management is another Account Settings feature. You can view active sessions—devices currently logged into your account—and force logout from any device. If you're in Medan and see an active session in Surabaya that you don't recognize, you can immediately log that session out. This prevents unauthorized access even if your credentials were compromised.
Withdrawal Limits and Account Review Flags
agb99 Account Settings displays your withdrawal limits—the maximum amount you can withdraw per transaction and the total weekly withdrawal cap. These limits exist to prevent fraud and money-laundering. They're set during account creation based on your verification level and account age. As your account matures and your play history becomes established, withdrawal limits may increase.
Account Settings also shows any review flags or restrictions on your account. For example, if agb99's security team flagged your account for unusual activity during a tournament around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, the flag appears here. You can also see the reason for the flag and request review if you believe it was applied in error. A support agent will contact you within one business day to discuss the restriction and potentially remove it.
Timezone, Language, and Interface Preferences
You can set your preferred timezone in Account Settings. This ensures game timers, tournament schedules, and withdrawal processing windows display in your local time. If you're traveling between cities—say, from Jakarta to Medan for Piala AFF matches—updating your timezone keeps all displayed times accurate to your current location.
Language preference on agb99 defaults to English but can be adjusted. The interface respects your choice across all pages. Payment method names (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and game titles (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Mahjong Ways, Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus) remain consistent regardless of language preference; these brand names are verbatim across the platform.
